👀 A lot goes on behind the scenes at Think Sport that we rarely get the chance to document!

While our coaching team have been delivering another brilliant week of summer camps, our management team have been flat out preparing for the 2026/27 academic year.

📍 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 & 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬�A follow-up meeting to make sure our Bookings and Operations Managers understand every step required for a smooth transition later this year. We’re also exploring how we can get even more from our platform to make things simpler and better for our customers.

📍 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩, 𝐀𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥�A brilliant space to get our management team together to discuss operations, staff development, future plans and put clear timelines in place for the year ahead.

🤝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭�Meeting new candidates who could become part of our coaching team. We’ve conducted hundreds of interviews over the years, but finding the right person remains just as important. Skills matter, but so does finding people who fit our culture, standards and team.

🏊‍♂️ 𝐒𝐰𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 – 𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐨𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥�A big milestone for Swim! Up to Birmingham to collect the pool and resources, back down the M6 & M1, and then all hands on deck to complete our first pool build at Cutenhoe Primary School.

👕 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐞 – 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐊𝐢𝐭�New staff kit orders collected and ready for September. Looking the part and ready for a new academic year!

💦 Our very first Swim pool build couldn’t have gone any better!

Alongside Aspire Active Education and their expertise in building the pool, we had our two talented Swim coaches and members of the Think Sport management team on hand to build, transport, set up and support the installation.

👏 A huge team effort and an exciting milestone for Swim!

🌊 We’re now ready to make waves at Cutenhoe Primary School this half term, giving pupils the opportunity to develop their swimming ability, water confidence and essential water-safety skills.

🏆 When we started Think Sport, seeing numbers like this would have felt a million miles away. To now have thousands of children spending part of their summer with us, making friends, trying new activities, building confidence and simply enjoying being active is something we’re incredibly proud of.

⛺️ With plenty more camp days, activities and memories still to come, we’d absolutely love to break the 3,000 booking mark and make this our biggest summer ever.
