Meet Your Coach – Paula
Hi, I’m Paula! I’ve been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for nearly a decade and currently hold a brown belt. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to compete and even train internationally in Thailand, which has shaped both my skills and my passion for the sport.
Teaching is something I truly love—there’s nothing better than helping others grow in confidence, strength, and technique. Whether you’re stepping onto the mats for the very first time or looking to develop your skills further, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Our women’s-only classes are designed to be a friendly, supportive, and empowering space where you can learn at your own pace, build fitness, and have fun while doing it.
I can’t wait to meet you and share everything I’ve learned—see you on the mats!
