Whether you’re looking for Mat, Barre or Equipment Pilates, we have small group classes throughout the week to help you build strength, improve control and feel more confident in your movement.
If you’re new to equipment classes, we ask that you book at least one private session or our attend our 4-week Beginner Equipment Foundations Course first so we can place you at the right level and keep your experience safe and supportive.

New to Pilates and not sure where to begin?
You don’t need previous experience to start with us. Beginner mat classes are accessible to all levels, and if you’d like to move onto equipment, our Beginner Equipment Foundations course is a calm, supportive place to learn.
You can also start with our New Client Intro Offer or a private session if you’d like more personal guidance.

Our May Beginner Equipment Foundations course is now fully booked.
We’ve had such a lovely response, and it’s wonderful to see more people starting Equipment Pilates in a small, supportive setting.
If you missed out this time, we can add you to our expressions of interest list for upcoming courses.
Our next course starts in July, and we’ll be happy to let you know as soon as booking opens.

Our next Beginner Equipment Foundations course starts Tuesday 5th May at 5:30pm and will be taught by Kelly.
This 4-week course is perfect if you’re new to Pilates equipment and would like to feel confident before joining our group Equipment classes.
You’ll be introduced to the Reformer and Tower in a calm, supportive setting, with plenty of guidance throughout.
The course is limited to just 4 people, so everyone receives individual support and attention.

Starting Tuesday 7 April at 6pm, this 4-week course is designed for complete beginners who would like a calm, supportive introduction to Pilates equipment.
Over the four weeks, you’ll build confidence using the equipment and learn the foundations with plenty of guidance, so you feel ready to move into our group equipment classes afterwards.
