Our Story
Maidenhead Athletic Club, or MAC, is a friendly, local road running club for seniors as well as a full programme athletics club for juniors aged 8-18 years.
We meet on Tuesday evenings from 18:30 for a training session at the track in Braywick Sports Ground but sometime head further afield to get some hill training in (it’s good for the legs!). Wherever our training sessions happen to be, you will be looked after by our team of experienced and dedicated coaches.
We head out for a run on Wednesday evenings from 18:30 and a long run on Sunday mornings from 08:30, these runs being a good opportunity to put into practice what you’ve learned during the training sessions. And you’ll also get to meet and run with many of our other members during these runs.
If you’d like to find out more about joining the club, more details are provided on our membership page (this page also has information about joining the Junior waiting list). Or you might like to try out the club as our guest.
