Our sessions are kept small so players get plenty of time on the ball, plenty of involvement and the opportunity to develop at their own pace.

⚽ Rise Football Coaching ⚽

Tomorrow night is another one at Rise.

We’ve got two weeks left at our current outdoor venue before we move across to the YMCA Maidstone 3G from October.

The sessions are built around getting players involved and giving them plenty of opportunities to:

⚽ get comfortable on the ball
⚽ take players on 1v1
⚽ pass and receive
⚽ finish
⚽ make decisions
⚽ play small sided games

The groups are kept small so players get plenty of touches and chances to actually play.

⭐ Free taster sessions are available for new players.

That’s a big part of what we’re building at Rise.

From October we’ll be taking the sessions onto the YMCA Maidstone 3G, giving us more space to develop both groups.

⚽ Rise Football Coaching ⚽

Another week done at Rise.

The groups are settling in well and it’s been great seeing the players getting more involved, having more time on the ball and starting to build their confidence.

We’re continuing to work on the basics, ball mastery, 1v1s, passing, finishing and plenty of game based football, while making sure the sessions stay fun and positive.

🏆 And our first Rise trophies have arrived!

There’s plenty more to come over the next few months as we continue to build things up.

⚽️ We’re back.

After a couple of weeks away over the summer, it was really good to get back on the pitch this week.

Since we started, Rise has grown quicker than I expected and it’s been brilliant seeing the players coming back each week, getting more comfortable and starting to show the difference that regular football is making.

It’s been another reminder of why we started Rise, getting kids playing football, improving their skills and leaving the pitch with a smile. ⚡️⚽️💙
