Strength, support, and non-stop empowerment. 🥋✨

There is nothing quite like the energy when women step onto the mats together. From breaking down complex techniques and sharing advice to pushing each other through hard rounds, the support system within our community is unmatched.

Our women’s community is built on making every single person feel confident, safe, and capable - whether it’s your very first day in a gi or you’ve been training for years.

Women supporting women, sharpening skills, and levelling up together. 🔺

A great training partner is the most valuable asset you can have on the mats. 🥋✨

At Gracie Barra Chelmsford and Gracie Barra Maldon, our culture is built on trust, safety, and mutual respect. When you step onto the mats, your goal isn't just to sharpen your own game - it's to help your teammate sharpen theirs, too.

15/09/2026

Don't chase massive leaps - focus on 1% wins. ️

Mastery on the mats isn't built in a single session. It’s forged over hundreds of rounds by getting 1% better every time you step onto the mats.

🔺 1% cleaner on your guard pass.
🔺 1% faster on your defence.
🔺 1% more controlled under pressure.

Small, daily improvements compound into massive technical breakthroughs over time. Keep showing up, trusting the process, and putting in the work at Gracie Barra Chelmsford and Gracie Barra Maldon.
