Join us for an evening of gentle movement, deep rest and soulful sound healing.

A space to unwind, reconnect and restore balance before the busy winter season.

What to Expect
💝 Gentle, Heart-Opening Yoga Flow. We’ll begin with a soft, intuitive flow led by Alley to release tension, open the heart, and create space in the body. This practice welcomes all abilities and is guided with warmth, presence, and care.

💝 Reiki-Infused Sound Bath & Meditation. Siobhan will guide you through grounding breathwork, gentle meditation and the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, as the space becomes infused with Reiki energy for deep restoration.

💝 Deep Relaxation & Nervous System Reset. Allow yourself to fully surrender as sound and Reiki soothe your body, calm your mind and nourish your soul.

💝 Grounding & Herbal Tea.
We’ll close the evening with a warm cup of herbal tea, time to ground, and gentle reflection before heading back into the world feeling calm, centred and connected.

What to Bring
A yoga mat, blanket, and cushion (whatever helps you feel cosy and supported)

A 6 week course using Power Yoga to help improve our flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and of course, mental health.
