Another wonderful couple who got married a couple of weeks ago. This couple were super fun and did a 5 min mash up (insta won’t let me post it all) but here’s the sweet opening to their first dance.

My schedule is open for next years enquiries but of course if your getting married I between I’m here to help. You choose the song, the dance style and I’ll do the rest ☺️

New Yoga Sculpt class starts this month. Join us at anytime, come with as you are.

This class blends strength training, yoga flows, dynamic movements alongside breath, deep stretches and relaxation.



Our monthly Aerial Yoga workshops are open for bookings. Join us on Sat 19th & Fri 25th whether you’re looking to try something new or level up your practice.



Our next Country Hoedown is coming up really soon, the 19th of this month. If you love everything country, enjoy nights out with friends da and family, want to learn to line dance, love really tasty food then this night is for you! We have just 7 tickets left!



Unleash your inner Shakira & Beyoncé and learn a beginner friendly dance on Sat 26th to Beautiful Liar. Expect Latino influences, spicy dance moves and a chance to let your hair down 💃



Open to everyone, our next Hills Walk Social is happening on Sun 27th. Bring the dogs, partners, kids or come alone.



The most relaxing way to switch off, starting with an aerial yin practice then settle into the hammocks for a floating sound bath.
