There’s so many photos from thousands of fans today that it wouldn’t be right to pic a single one to post with this post.

The fan-zone was heaving. It was electric.

Seeing fans of all ages wearing the shirt that means something to them personally.

The pensioners supported by family being able to see their heroes play one last time.

The young kids seeing their parents heroes and hearing stories being told about games in times gone by and the smiles one faces everywhere you looked.

Today was magical for the 30,000+ in attendance and however many that weren’t able to be there but did watch online.

Seeing Ravanelli on Saturday evening and hearing his stories.

Hearing Higgy tell us all that Rav brought more to Boro than his football, but how they trained, ate and began to live in the aftermath.

Seeing Juninho, Mowbray, Pallister and the like returning to the place they call home.

Seeing players return to a club that means so much to them and us the fans.

Unbelievable. Fabio, MacDonald, Gorgeous George and Uncle Albert certainly still have ‘it’.

Today was Class.

I hate to say it but I think the club have gotten this Legacy game from a fans view totally wrong.

The kit debacle this week.

And the situation with the stadium and tickets.

Here are the 2 main facts from a Boro fans perspective…

1) It’s the 150th anniversary of the Club.

2) they’ve had LEGENDS of the game announced for months.

So who on earth decided to only open the stadium block by block?

18,000 tickets sold - more will rock up on the day as well with prices being only ÂŁ10, ÂŁ5 & ÂŁ1.

It WILL be close to a sell out, it’s payday for many people today.

Because they’ve been opening stands ‘as demand grows’ I know people who have had to buy seats in the same area but not together and now that more stands have opened the club have said they can’t move the seats??

So you’d have to ring and cancel your seats and then purchase new ones together…

I’m hoping that the day is amazing and goes off without a hitch but I can just see there’s going to be fan complaints galore with what’s happened so far…
