Lets Go Cycling CIC Lets Go Cycling CIC operate in partnership with Stockton Wheelers Cycling Club and British Cycling to deliver cycling sessions for people with a disability.

The cycling sessions are available to SEND schools, adult support groups and general public.

Really proud of the inclusive cycling sessions delivered by the Stockton Wheelers Cycling Club, it has become far bigger than I ever imagined and led to the birth of Lets Go Cycling CIC. This promotional video released today which was produced by British Cycling following the Club Volunteer award in 2025.

Everyone was making the most of the sunshine this Monday. Lovely to see so many riders from Clover Group Education and Social Hub enjoying a bit of cycling.

Its great when communities can work together and help each other. Route1 Coffee House were very grateful for the donation of several bikes that were no longer used. They refurbish the bikes and sell them at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for a bike I would recommend looking there first.

Another success story today. One of our regular Wednesday afternoon attendees normally rides a tricycle, but today she asked if she could try a 2-wheel bike. After only 15 minutes on a balance bike, she was able to ride a 2-wheel without assistance. She completed a lap of the circuit and was overjoyed with her 'I only need 2-wheels' medal. Well done Tilly, you have mastered a lifelong skill.

Its great that not one but two groups from Transitions College now attend the cycling sessions. It was lovely to how much everyone enjoyed their first session. The way they ran down the path towards the bikes was an indication how excited they were.
