This Saturday saw some of our Masters squad head to Sunderland Aquatic Centre for a County N&D Training Camp.

This involved 2hrs of technique work and dive practice. Eleanor was super brave doing demonstrations for her lane. Then an hour of Strength & Conditioning focused on mobility.

Finishing with a 1 hour talk of “breath work” by Steffy Cameman. A great day - thank you to all the organisers.
