Next for us is Diddy League, Open Water and our annual Club Championships!!

Next Home Gala will be 17 and 18 October our “Spooktacular Meet” hope to see you there.

Last weeks open water practice session at , we have been impressed to see 16 MASC swimmers enter regionals this year 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Similarly impressed with the amount who have turned up to enjoy the experience and improve their confidence in the open water in a safe and supervised environment ❤️❤️❤️

A little reminder to all attending don’t forget to bring your spare change, not only do we have our impressive squad hampers, fun tombola and tasty tuck shop we also have a special raffle with some fabulous prizes including £100 to spend at , a One to One with former GB coach Dave Legge, 4x £20 off , plus much more.

A shoutout to William, who won the Junior title finishing in an outstanding time of 17.00!! Coming 4th in the whole event.🏆🏆🏆

Last week,Robert in our Youth Potential Squad competed in the Middlesbrough schools athletics and won the 800m race. He will now go on to represent Middlesbrough at the county championships in a few weeks time 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️

This weekend also saw Middlesbrough FC at the Play-offs at Wembley Stadium….great to share some of our members enjoying the experience!! ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

As with all sport, it’s not always the result wanted but a fantastic effort by all the players and an experience never to be forgotten 👏👏👏

This weekend saw the exciting AP Race International Meet take place at the London Aquatic Centre and we are delighted to share MASC's own Ryan Mills was selected to take part with the North East team.

Ryan took part in 50, 100, 200 Breaststroke and the 50 Freestyle event. After a great heat swim Ryan qualified for the Junior 50m Breaststroke final, finishing an impressive 9th.

With Olympic medallists and world class athletes competing over the weekend what an amazing opportunity to gain experience and race under pressure.

Well done Ryan, really proud of you!!!

Sunday saw another super successful day at ST Gala, this weekend our swimmers won 111 medals (fab medals too)!

Some great swims by all taking part and more importantly fun together at the pool and then after at the beach or fun fair!

A great gala at South Tyneside so far, well done to all swimmers for some fantastic results, an added bonus was ☀️😎for a relaxing lunchtime, followed by fun at the fair! Excited for tomorrow….
