Well the graders have nearly finished their work ahead of the KLMC Targa. Final recce completed tonight, with some fine tuning needed to the diagrams before they are submitted to MSUK.
Can we remind all competitors that they need to submit their licences and club cards before they sign on for the event.

As we all know events can’t take place without an army of marshals and other volunteers.
So if you would like to marshal on the KLMC Targa taking place on the 17th of October, in Greystoke Forest please register your interest via the following link or QR code.
Everyone of all experiences is welcome on the day.
All marshals to receive a goody bag on the day plus being added to a marshal draw for 5 lots of £30 towards expenses.

Following a barrage of emails and a minor meltdown of the C of C’s laptop (not even kidding). We now have a published entry list for the KLMC Targa, with 60 entries and reserves.
Further entrants will be added to the reserve list in order of payment.

Regulations for the KLMC Targa taking place on the 17th of October are now live on the link below.

Taking place in Greystoke Forest, with 46 miles of tests entirely on gravel.

KLMC Targa 2026 taking place on the 17th of October.
Taking place entirely within Greystoke Forest.
No nonsense, historic and modern targa cars are all welcome. No tyre rules and AWD cars are allowed.
46 miles of tests spread out over the day for a £210 entry fee.
Entries open on the 24th of August 1900.

KLMC Targa taking place on the 17th of October 2026, Greystoke Forest.
Diagrams have now been signed off by the land owner and we can confirm it’s going to be 46 miles of tests entirely within the forest. No road mileage.

Following the recent Greystoke stages there are some substantial regrading works planned prior to this event. So please be assured the forest will be in tip top condition for road rally cars.

AWD cars are allowed and forestry tyres are highly recommended. Due to the nature of the venue we are having full safety and recovery crews in place. With this in mind we are only allowing cars to start with a minimum of a rear cage in the car.

Note for the diary, entries due to open at 7pm on the 24th of August.

Well following on from a successful recce earlier today.
The KLMC Targa will take place on the 17th October 2026 in Greystoke Forest, Cumbria.
Interclub and Clubman permits, 35+ miles of tests all within the forest complex and no road mileage other than scrutineering.
Entries to open in late August.
AWD cars will be welcome and gravel tyres are allowed and highly recommended!
It’s going to be a cracker….

Good evening….
After lots of work in the background we are getting the band back together for another Devilish encounter.
On the 17th October the KLMC Targa will be taking place at a rather special venue.
It’s not a venue which is a stranger to rallying, but it will be a first as a Targa event.
More news to follow soon.
