Combination of treatments included sports massage, vacuum cupping and medical acupuncture💉

Client is having monthly treatments to manage chronic back pain and recurring spasms - Consistency is key with these injuries🔑

One of my favourite treatments to offer… CUPPING🐙

It’s definitely a love / hate option, but the benefits speak for themselves:

- increased blood flow and circulation
- reduced inflammation
- reduced muscular tightness
- releases endorphins
- flushes waste fluids

A dynamic option is also available for those with holidays coming up wanting to avoid the red circles⭕️

Prices have NOT changed - I have only added the extra option of 2 x 45 minute sessions for those who book in at the same household🏠
I have been offering this for a while now but wanted it updated onto the price list so everyone is aware it is available.
Please note a 45 minute session is not available for a 1 person booking.
