At SOLO, we don’t believe one programme fits every age.

That’s why our academy programmes are specifically designed around the different stages of childhood and teenage development ,so the training, challenges and expectations grow with them.

From building the foundations of confidence, focus and self-discipline, through to developing resilience, leadership and real martial arts skills as they get older.

Because a 7-year-old doesn’t learn the same way as a 13-year-old and they shouldn’t be taught as though they do.

This is why we say leadership skills are for real life. 💛🖤

We’re incredibly proud to share that one of our Solo Leadership students, Aiden, has been selected as Head Boy at his school!

But what made us even prouder was what Aiden said himself.He recognised that the small leadership skills he’s developed through Solo, helping younger pupils, including quieter classmates, being polite, getting involved and representing his school properly have helped him along the way.

Leadership isn't about being the loudest person in the room.
It's about your actions.
How you treat others.
The example you set.
And doing the right thing even when nobody asks you to.

🥋 FIRST STEP COMPLETE… AND HIS Courage BELT EARNED! 💛

A huge well done to our newest student who completed his 1st Step Session and join earned his Courage Belt! 👏

Walking into somewhere new, meeting a new coach and trying something you’ve never done before takes courage and today, he showed exactly that. 💪

At Solo, the first win isn’t about how high you can kick or how many techniques you know.
It’s about taking that first brave step.

Today was Step 1. Now we build from here. 🥋⭐
