Mr. DBOliver has officially been released by the members of Alpha Gym after receiving 66.7% of the vote (46–23). 🗳️

Sentence served & Decision made by the members. 🐺

At Alpha, the members shape the culture, The banter, the welcomes, the help, the spots, the community… that’s what makes Alpha….Alpha.

There isn’t another gym quite like it. People don’t just come here to train they come to train with their mates, have a laugh, and for many it’s the best part of their day. 🤓

I encourage friendly banter. Calling your mates out and having a laugh is part of old-school gym culture and after all we’re still classed as a old school hardcore gym 👊

The only rule? Keep it respectful. Don’t make it personal, and don’t keep pushing it if someone’s had enough. If it crosses the line, we’ll deal with it. 👮‍♂️ 🚓

Anyways…The members have spoken…like always 🗣️

Mr. DBOliver is officially FREED and has been released on licence and will remain on probation at Alpha Gym until further notice. Any further offences may result in an immediate recall to HMP Alpha. 👨‍⚖️

Another weekend, another few Alpha members stepping onto the platform. 🐺

One of the best things about this gym is seeing people back themselves and have a crack. Walking onto a competition platform takes guts, and every person who does it deserves a bit of respect.

These three have put the work in, turned up week after week, supported the gym, supported each other and now they get to put that training to the test.

That’s what The Wolves Den is all about. A place where people push each other to be better, celebrate each other’s progress and enjoy the journey together.
