FEEDBACK FRIDAY! 🌟
What a busy week we’ve had at Winnovation...
Our 2-week courses have come to an end in both Byker and Sunderland, it’s been brilliant to see how much our learners have developed in such a short space of time.
📍 Sunderland
Our tutor, Sam, said the group have all walked away with more confidence, more knowledge and a greater insight into Health & Social Care.
A special mention goes to Mo, who has made a huge leap in confidence over the past two weeks. When he first came into the classroom, he was very quiet and didn’t really speak. Fast forward two weeks and he’s now leading group discussions and speaking up so everyone can hear him!
It’s moments like this that make us so proud of our learners. 💜

Kath and her group had a little Macmillan Coffee Morning this morning, with plenty of smiles, treats and a chance to come together. 💚 ☕

Our learners completed their guaranteed interviews and it was great to have you there to support them throughout the process. And, of course, we always appreciate the tasty treats you bring with you! 🍪 😋

🎓 More achievements to celebrate!
A huge congratulations to:
🙌 Sandra Egharevba is completing her Level 3 SENCO qualification this Friday and we couldn’t be more proud of her achievement!
Kath has said that Sandra’s standard of work is some of the best she has ever received.
Her work has been consistently detailed, comprehensive and informative, showing the dedication and effort she has put into her learning.
A huge well done, Sandra! We’re excited to see where your hard work takes you next!
🏆 Mark Pearson, Debra Heaney & Samuel Fakorede, achieving their Level 3 Diplomas in Adult Care
🌟 Elaine Sexton from Stepping Stones, completing her Level 3 Diploma in Early Years
👏 Judith Grant has achieved an incredible 88% in her Situational Judgement Test. The highest score achieved by one of our learners so far this year!
She then went on to complete the final part of her EPA, a professional discussion, and achieved a Distinction! 🎉
Judith said:
💬 “I have really enjoyed my learning and the research that I have done I feel that it has all had a positive impact on me and I look forward to the rest of my career!”

Finally, Elle A completed her Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, right on track with her learning. And there’s even more to celebrate... she was recently promoted to Senior in her workplace! 🎉
What a week of confidence, qualifications, promotions and new beginnings. Well done to every single learner who has achieved something this week, we’re incredibly proud of you all!
