What a fantastic few weeks it's been at Winnovation Training! 🤩

We've had so much to celebrate...

🏆 Training Provider of the Year!! We marked our incredible achievement with a well-deserved team celebration!

👋 A huge welcome to our newest team members, Julie, Lisa and Lauren. We're so excited to have you all on board!

🎓 Our very first 6-week Childcare Programme has officially come to an end, and what an amazing journey it has been! Our learners completed accredited childcare training, gained valuable work experience, achieved Paediatric First Aid and developed a wide range of professional and life skills to prepare them for a career in early years.

🌟 Even better... over 50% of the group have already secured employment through their work placements, with others continuing their learning by progressing onto further qualifications with us. We couldn't be prouder!

🎥 We were also delighted to welcome BBC Look North to film an exciting project with us... keep an eye out on Monday! 👀

🤝 It was a pleasure to host Kim McGuinness and the Child Poverty team at our premises, giving us the opportunity to showcase the work Winnovation does to support our local community.

🎉 Congratulations to Claire Harrison and David Tosh on successfully completing their Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. A special thank you also goes to their tutor, Andrea, for her continued support, encouragement and dedication throughout their journey.
