Beautifully eerie swim this morning, following the sand lines and rock silhouettes to help us navigate the bay.

Not a swim I’d normally advocate due to visibility and the unpredictable conditions, but we stayed in the bay and close to the shoreline, and both know the area very very well.

First social swim of the year, with a little trip to Great Western and back (longer for a few).

Water temp was feeling good (approx 12°) and clarity was lush. No signs of 🪼 or 🐙 but did see a few 🦀

Looking flat for the week ahead, so hope you all manage to make the most of it 🙌🏼
