Did you know the Gull Rocks are also known as the Carter Rocks?

They’re named after the infamous Carter brothers, legendary smugglers who once ruled Prussia Cove and the surrounding Cornish coastline. Stories of their daring exploits and secret operations have become part of local folklore, adding a layer of mystery to this already dramatic stretch of coast.
