⛳️ Weston Cup – Good Luck Everyone! ⛳️

Good luck to all 104 players taking part in the Weston Cup today at Newquay Golf Club!

The weather may be doing its best to test your commitment with plenty of wind and rain, but the course is looking fantastic and in great condition. 🌧️💨

Remember, everyone has to play in the same conditions… although some of you seem to have been practising your slice for years just to take advantage of a crosswind like this! 😄

Play well, stay dry (if possible!), and most importantly enjoy your golf. We look forward to seeing who can tame both the course and the Cornish weather to lift the trophy this evening.

🚧 Exciting progress at Newquay Golf Club!🚧

The scaffolding has now been removed from our fantastic new balcony, and it’s great to finally see the finished structure in all its glory.

There are just a few finishing touches still to be completed, including some cladding and final details, but we’re very much on the home straight now.

The good news is that the patio area is already open, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy those stunning views while the last few jobs are wrapped up.

We can’t wait to show you the completed project very soon! ⛳☀️🌊

What a fantastic Pro’s Day we had at Newquay Golf Club! ⛳️

A huge thank you to everyone who played and supported the day, and a massive thank you to the brilliant David Edwards for putting on an incredible trick show after the golf. The crowd absolutely loved it — amazing skill, plenty of laughs and a great atmosphere all round.

A special mention also to my wife Linda who did a fantastic job serving Pimm’s to everyone on the 1st tee 🍹👏

We’re absolutely thrilled to have legendary trick shot artist David Edwards performing here at Newquay Golf Club on Saturday 23 May for our Pro’s Day! ⛳️🎯

Entries for the golf are now FULL, but if you didn’t manage to get a team in, you’re still very welcome to come along and enjoy the trick show FREE OF CHARGE.

The show will begin once play has finished, which will be roughly around 5pm.

It’s always great fun with incredible trick shots, plenty of laughs and lots of audience interaction — definitely something worth coming down to watch! 👏🏌️‍♂️

We’re really looking forward to a fantastic day and seeing plenty of people at the club supporting the event.

Fantastic to see an Englishman lifting a major trophy on one of golf’s biggest stages. Even better that it’s a working class lad who’s done it through hard work, dedication and unbelievable consistency.

What a fantastic time our Ladies Get Into Golf groups are having! ⛳️😊

We now have 3 active groups and it’s been brilliant to see so many ladies enjoying the game, making new friends and improving their golf in such a fun and relaxed environment.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to the game after a break, our sessions are friendly, welcoming and designed to help build confidence both on the range and out on the course.
