Fight day for Nathan and Bethany! 🥊🔥
Both of them step into the ring today on Kings of Combat, and we couldn’t be prouder.
The hard work is done. The rounds, the graft, the nerves, the early sessions, the discipline it all comes down to today.
Now it’s time to go out there, enjoy the moment, trust your training, and show everyone what you’ve been working for.
Win, lose or draw, you’ve already done yourselves and the team proud.
Let’s go Nathan and Beth!

MONDAY MOTIVATION 💛🥊
We get it…
The kids come in from school tired and say,
“Do I have to go kickboxing tonight?”
or they’d rather jump on the Xbox, iPad or YouTube.
Adults finish work feeling shattered, stressed, or just not in the mood.
But here’s the thing…
The hardest part is usually just getting through the door.
Once they’re here, something changes.
The kids leave smiling, proud, full of energy and buzzing because they’ve pushed themselves.
Adults walk out feeling lighter, stronger, less stressed and glad they showed up.
Martial arts isn’t just about kicks and punches.
It’s about discipline when motivation isn’t there.
Confidence when things feel hard.
Routine when life feels busy.
And learning that you don’t quit just because you don’t feel like it that day.
So if your child says they don’t want to come tonight, or you’ve had one of those Mondays yourself…
Come anyway.
You’ll never regret showing up 💛🖤

What a day at the WKO European Championships 🖤💛
Today we took 10 fighters to compete, sadly one of our team took poorly so we had 9 fighters step onto the mats.
And what a team they were.
We came away with:
🥇 2 Golds
🥈 10 Silvers
🥉 3 Bronzes
But honestly, today was about so much more than medals.
This was probably one of the toughest competitions our fighters have had to date. The standard was absolutely unreal and you 100% had to fight for every win. Nothing was handed out today, every round had to be earned.
For some of our fighters, this was their first time stepping onto a competition mat and we are so proud of them. It was a shame to see one or two rookie categories with people in them who clearly weren’t rookies, and yes, there were a couple of questionable decisions along the way… but that is part of the sport. You take it, you learn from it, and you come back stronger.
Every single one of our fighters showed heart, respect, courage and team spirit today. They supported each other, pushed themselves, and represented Eastcoast amazingly.
Whether you won gold, silver, bronze, or didn’t medal today we are proud of you. Days like this build fighters. They build character. They build confidence.
Massive well done to our whole fight team, parents and supporters. A big thankyou to Ellis for doing an amazing job helping me corner always a pleasure to work with you.
Long, tough, but an incredible day.
Eastcoast showed up today 💯🖤💛
