We only had a small number grading last weekend due to the summer holidays. However some great comments on the forms and Keldyne Wilson receiving the grading award! 🏆🥋

Time to work hard for the next one, should have a good number of you ready in time.

A lot of Martial artists aren't born bendy, it's trained not talent.

The earlier you build flexibility, the better. Fewer injuries, better kicks, faster recovery.
