Meet Christina Krakowski – Our Movement, Stretch, and Body Conditioning Coach
Christina is the owner of Strong Mummy and brings a wealth of experience from her years as a dance teacher, bodybuilding and strongwoman competitor, and gym owner. With over 14 years as a dedicated Personal Trainer and Coach, she now specialises in Pre/Post Natal Strength & Conditioning and Women’s Health.
Her passion lies in helping women improve their quality of life—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Christina’s own journey has been one of resilience, having navigated challenges with depression and anxiety while growing both her family and her business.
“As a mum of two and a full-time business owner, I know how hard it can be to juggle so many plates while trying to stay balanced and grounded. That’s why we’ve come together as soulful sisters—to share our knowledge, experience, and passion for helping others.”
Christina believes that movement, strength, and flexibility are essential not only for the body but also for the mind.
Outside the gym, she finds her peace outdoors—camping with her family, dancing, and taking long, grounding walks through the forest.
“My goal with Soulful Sisters Retreats is to create a safe space where we can clear our minds, love our bodies, and find calm in the chaos of everyday life.”
