I know ive been a bit behind on posting content lately but me and my little family have been buying our first home 🏡
Ive been completing courses and caring for family so its been a bit of a manic and stressful time BUT this finally arrived on my doorstep 🥰🥰

Although i have been coaching for 15 years, I will never stop learning!

Personally I think its so important to continue education, keep up with forever changing science and broaden your knowledge.

Over the years I've done behaviour change coaching, exercise and GP referral, mental health awareness courses along with many other qualifications not to mention becoming a tutor but this course is one ive been very excited to complete!!

Now I am wanting to expand my knowledge even further into perimenopause, menopause and beyond, and continue to guide and help many more women on their strength and fitness journey 😘

Finally!! My course it complete. I am a fully qualified Girls Gone Strong women's coaching specialist.

What an amazing course and very very happy to have finally completed. 🥰

Covid, coaching and life put this course on the back burner but im so proud to be able to say im fully qualified 🥰

Picking the right weight makes all the difference.
Too heavy = no control.
Too light = no progress.
Find your balance.
Your last 2–3 reps should feel tough, not impossible. 😘

If you have to, do your first set - be honest with yourself and make those changes 😉
