For my birthday this year ( 5th October ) I am doing a sponsored 15 mile walk around the Lake District to raise money for Alcohol Change UK charity

Be grateful if you can sponsor me , this is something close to my heart. Doesn't have to be a massive amount , couple of quid even ..it all adds up and you'll not only be supporting me , but giving too a charity that is able to support those out there suffering in silence from the infliction and destruction of alcohol. Together we can beat stigma attached to alcohol use , educate people better on how to improve their health as well as their relationships.
