- Clip n' Climb Northampton also in Weston Favell. Established in July 2010 through the relentless determination of our MD, Simon, The Pinnacle has set the standard for climbing centres in the heart of England. Offering not only a great selection of routes on 60 lines ranging from beginner friendly F2 to pro-challenging F8a+, the centre also houses a dedicated bouldering room with problems graded V0 to V8+, and a great climbing room built for group use or as extra space. We also have amazing Climbing Taster Sessions, and the awesome Rockeez Kids Club which runs weekly.

What ages can join our climbing clubs? 🧗

Our RockeeZ Climbing Club runs every week during term time at The Pinnacle Climbing Centre in Far Cotton, with sessions for children and young people aged 4-16.

We split our clubs into four age groups:

🧗 Ages 4-6
🧗 Ages 7-10
🧗 Ages 11-13
🧗 Ages 14-16

Each 1-hour session gives them the chance to try a mix of rope climbing, bouldering, abseiling, games and cave exploration, all with support from our qualified instructors.

RockeeZ also follows the NICAS syllabus, so every climber gets their own logbook and can work towards certificates as their skills and confidence grow.

Whether they’re completely new to climbing or already love being on the wall, they can progress at their own pace, have fun and make friends along the way.

Our next 3-Week Beginners Course starts on Tuesday 29th September, running 8pm–10pm, and there are just four places remaining.

If you’re fairly new to climbing and want to build your confidence, learn the basics properly and get more comfortable on the wall, this is a great place to start.

Across the three weeks, our instructors will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need in a relaxed, supportive environment, with plenty of time actually climbing too.

Have you given this black route a go yet? 👀🧗

It’s a new one from the new set last week, on the auto belay wall!

Cee gave it a go and got about halfway before a foot slip brought the attempt to an end. Definitely one where careful footwork makes all the difference. 🙌🏻

As an organisation doing so much to support physical activity, school programmes and initiatives like HAF across Northamptonshire, it was lovely to give them a space to come together for their team meeting.

We’re always pleased to work alongside organisations helping more people get active and involved in sport across the county.
