🔥 EPIC EMOM 🔥

Tonight’s session was all about consistency, effort, and pushing through together! 💪

We kicked things off with an EMOM featuring planks and push-ups before a quick breather and then straight into 4 rounds of:

🏃 Short run
⏭️ Skips
💥 Dumbbell snatches
🔥 Burpees over the dumbbell

(And yes, I had to include this awesome box jump shot from Sunday because it was too good not to share! 📸)

The Box Jump is more than just jumping onto a box.

One of the best things we see at bootcamp is when someone stands in front of the box saying, “I can’t do that...”

35kg on the bar today! 💪🔥

Watching Steph work on her clean & press today got us reminiscing about her very first Safy Fitness buggy fitness session...

Back then, after class, she could barely get up the stairs or get down on the floor to change her baby’s nappy! 😅 Fast forward to today, and she’s lifting weights, getting stronger every week, and is now one of our incredible Safy Fitness trainers. ❤️

What we love most isn’t just the strength she’s built physically—it’s the confidence, consistency, and determination she’s shown along the way.

Steph, we’re so proud of you. Thank you for being such a huge part of our community, for inspiring our members, and for proving that small steps taken consistently lead to amazing results.

32.5kg on the clean & press today 💪

Not because I’m trying to prove anything to anyone, but because I’m investing in my future self.

Training alongside the amazing Steph makes all the difference. Having someone there to encourage you, challenge you, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think is priceless ❤️

I’m still managing my shoulder and trying to find that balance between pushing forward and listening to my body. I’ll see how it feels tomorrow, but for now I’m celebrating progress.

As fitness instructors, we’re always encouraging others to move, get stronger, and look after their health. It’s important that we do the same.

I’m in my 50s, and my goal isn’t to slow down—it’s to stay strong, capable, healthy, and independent for as long as possible. Strong enough to keep doing what I love, keep looking after my family, and keep showing up as the best version of myself.

One workout at a time. One rep at a time. One step closer to a stronger future. ✨
