🩰I’ve just finished last week an amazing intensive training week with the Royal Academy of Dance as part of my Certificate in Dance Teaching (2-year course).

🩰We had a fantastic teacher, Jasmin Armstrong, whose lessons were so inspiring. I learned so much about the English ballet style. Since I was trained in the Vaganova method, it was a big change, but I found it very useful. Now I can combine both styles to give my students better and more varied training.

🩰We also had a fun Character Dance session, exploring traditional dances from different countries – including Ukrainian, which I loved!

🩰It wasn’t always easy – the language and the long days were a challenge – but it was a great experience, and I really enjoyed it. Feeling motivated for the year ahead! ✨

I’m now offering Royal Academy of Dance Grades, and at the moment, we are working on Grade 5, Foundation and Primary Ballet. If you’re interested, get in touch!

What a day!

9:30–11am: Pro Advanced Ballet Class — my favorite! Pointe work and grand allegro always make my heart fly.

✨ 12–1pm: My wonderful Poringland ballet kids performed at the Poringland Summer Fair — Flower Dance & Unicorn Dance 🌼🦄 They were absolutely amazing! So proud of them, especially the 3–5 year-olds who danced with only my verbal instructions — no demo in front! ❤️

✨ 2:30–4:30pm: Watched "Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby" at the Royal Theatre with my friend Claire Louise Ford . A powerful, fresh take through contemporary dance — loved the unique storytelling!

✨ 5–7pm: Quality time with our English family — we love them to bits 🫶

✨ 7pm: Well-deserved glass of wine to wrap it all up 🍷😄

✨ 9:30–11:00 — Професійний клас з класичного балету (просунутий рівень) — мій улюблений! Пуанти та гран алегро завжди змушують моє серце літати 🩰

✨ 12:00–13:00 — Мої чудові дітки з балету в Порінгленді виступили на Літньому Ярмарку в Порінгленді — Танок Квітів та Танок Єдинорогів 🌼🦄 Вони були неймовірні! Дуже пишаюсь, особливо групою 3–5 років, які танцювали лише за моїми голосовими інструкціями — без демонстрації перед ними! ❤️

✨ 14:30–16:30 — Подивилася «Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby» у Royal Theatre разом із моєю подругою Claire Louise Ford. Сильне та свіже бачення через сучасний танець — дуже сподобалося унікальне подання історії!

✨ 17:00–19:00 — Час з нашою англійською родиною — ми їх дуже любимо 🫶

✨ 19:00 — Заслужений келих вина, щоб завершити день 🍷😄

🩰I’ve recently had the incredible opportunity to attend the Inspire Seminars for teachers at The Royal Ballet School. It was a truly inspiring and powerful experience—learning from top expert in ballet education, Sarah Daultry, in such a prestigious and vibrant environment was unforgettable.

🩰The Royal Ballet School radiates pure ballet energy, and being surrounded by such artistry was a privilege. I was also lucky to share the seminars with young soloist Alekssandra from Northern Ballet, which made it all the more special.

🩰I gained valuable, unique insights that will shape and elevate my teaching practice, and it really expanded my thinking around different approaches to ballet education.

🩰Нещодавно мала неймовірну можливість взяти участь у семінарах Inspire для викладачів в Королівський школі балету. Це був справді надихаючий і потужний досвід — навчатися у провідного эксперта з балету Sarah Daultry в такому престижному та енергійному середовищі було незабутньо.

🩰Я отримала цінні, унікальні знання, які допоможуть удосконалити мою викладацьку практику, і моє мислення щодо різних підходів у викладанні балету стало значно ширшим. До того ж, я мала щастя проходити семінари разом із зіркою з Northern Ballet, що зробило цей досвід ще більш особливим.

✔️I am very happy to announce that I have been accepted into the Royal Academy of Dance’s ballet teacher course, which will run from 2025 to 2027. This is one of my greatest achievements of the year, and I’m incredibly proud of myself for making it through the audition with a concessionary video.
🩰Although my background includes 7 years at a government ballet school in Ukraine, 4 years at a dance college, and 15 years of performance experience, it wasn’t enough for the UK application process. As a result, I had to submit five videos of myself performing various ballet combinations. I surprised myself by still being able to perform professionally, despite only self - training twice a week for the past seven years while teaching 24 hours of classes every week. I’m really pleased with how I did!
🙏A big thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, from helping me with studio rentals to believing in me. A new chapter is about to begin, and I hope this additional education will not only enhance my teaching skills but also improve my English.

✔️Я дуже рада оголосити, що я була прийнята на курс вчителів балету в Королівській академії танцю, який триватиме з 2025 по 2027 рік. Це одне з моїх найбільших досягнень цього року, і я дуже пишаюся собою, що змогла пройти відбір з відео за винятковими обставинами.

🩰Попри те, що моя освіта включає 7 років навчання в державній балетній школі України, 4 роки в училищі Мистецтва иа культури місто Одеса та 15 років досвіду на сцені, цього було недостатньо для подачі заявки в Великобританії. Тому я мала подати п'ять відео, на яких я виконую різні балетні комбінації. Я здивувала себе, адже я все ще змогла виконувати професійний балет, незважаючи на те, що тренуюсь лише двічі на тиждень протягом останніх семи років, при цьому викладаючи 24 години уроків щотижня. Я дуже задоволена своїми результатами!

🙏Велика подяка всім, хто підтримував мене, допомагав з орендою студії і вірив у мене. Новий етап починається, і я сподіваюся, що ця додаткова освіта допоможе мені покращити мої навички викладання та англійську мову.

What a thrill to have this little Ballerinas in my class. The second year has passed, and we have a lot of achievements and improved ballet level. They know how to do tondu and plie, all ballet feet positions, effortless gallop, and nice final poses.

Looking forward to see them all on September.

Have you ever had dance a folk dance?
It’s always fun and very interesting . Explore foreign culture through the dance is one of the best way to get in the other nations and see how we are all beautiful.
Hungarian dance, Spanish and Neopolitan dance – that very we all gonging dive very deep and learn how beautiful use props, as a fan, tambourines and long skirts.

Ballet workshop - " Beauty with arms"

Arms in ballet helps as to express meaning without words.
Ballet positions - its gentle, soft and on the same time strong and supportive.
You need know and use on your ballet exercises proper ballet hands and you will be able to do gracious pirouettes, jumps and balances and sensational hands moves.
Arms alignment one of the important reason why I do “Ballet arm” workshop.
On the Workshop I will guide you to positions of the arms, port de bras, arabesque variations and practice for beautiful hands performance.
