We’ve had a wonderful weekend exploring the rolling hills & countryside on a Mystery Weekend… One to remember; full of Blue Skies, Chatter, Laughter, Prosecco, Quizzes, plenty of Food, a Police Riot Van, a Toll Bridge & More… Our final destination today was National Tramway Museum in - Thanks to everyone who joined us… and absolutely cracking performance of “Summer Holiday” - Still speechless at this moment! 💛

A busy weekend with this beauty in yesterday along with another, one at Castle and one on a Mystery Weekend… The wheels are turning, the sun is shining, the music is playing, and the drivers are working their magic… 🪄💛

November is a wonderful time to visit Battersea Power Station, when this iconic London landmark begins to take on a magical festive atmosphere. The striking Grade II* listed building, set beside the River Thames, provides a fantastic backdrop for a day of Christmas shopping, eating and entertainment.

With more than 150 British and international brands, Battersea Power Station is a great place to get ahead with Christmas shopping. From fashion and beauty to homeware, toys and luxury gifts, there is plenty to browse, while the surrounding riverside neighbourhood has more than 50 restaurants and bars to choose from.

But shopping isn't the only reason to visit. A particular highlight is Ramses and the Pharaohs' Gold: The Exhibition, housed at NEON at Battersea Power Station. The exhibition brings more than 180 authentic ancient Egyptian treasures to London, including monumental statues, royal coffins, jewellery and spectacular gold artefacts. Many of the pieces have rarely been seen outside Egypt, making this a fascinating opportunity to step back more than 3,000 years into the world of Ramses the Great.

The combination of the historic power station, its festive shopping and the extraordinary Egyptian exhibition makes Battersea a particularly appealing destination for a November day trip. After exploring the exhibition, visitors can enjoy lunch or coffee, wander around the shops and take in the impressive riverside setting.
