🏆 GAME 4 MVPs 🏆

🔥 Overall MVP – Abdul Musa-Akanbi

Stepping up out of position, Abdul put in a performance to remember. With multiple interceptions and a series of crucial run stops, he was a game-changer on defence all day long.

⚡ Offensive MVP – Connor Weeden

Connor showcased his versatility throughout the game, moving the chains through both the air and on the ground. His leadership and ability to keep the offence rolling were key to our success.

💪 Defensive MVP – Chris Waterhouse

A constant presence in the backfield, Chris created relentless pressure on the quarterback and caused havoc from start to finish.

🚀 Special Teams MVP – Jesse

Jesse made his mark on offence, but it was his outstanding special teams play that consistently put us in strong field position and gave the team an edge throughout the game.

🚨 GAME DAY UPDATE 🚨

Unfortunately, tomorrow’s scheduled Game will not be going ahead due to a shortage of officials.

We’ve worked hard throughout the week to explore every possible option, and we’d like to thank the local teams and individuals who tried to help us find a solution. Despite everyone’s best efforts, we have been unable to secure enough officials for the game to be played safely and in line with league requirements.

We know this is disappointing for our players, coaches, volunteers, and supporters, and we share that frustration.

Any updates regarding a possible rearranged Game will be communicated as soon as they become available.

The Devils are looking for Level 1 qualified coaches to referee our home game this Sunday

Volunteers will be paid in line with standard reffing fees and given help and support to ref.

We are saddened to hear about the passing of Wayne, one of the true founding figures of our club.
From our formation in 1984, Wayne helped build the Devils from the ground up, serving as Head Coach through our first league season in 1986, before taking on the role of Chairman in 1987. He later returned as Head Coach in 1990, continuing to guide the club through some of its most important early years.
Wayne’s influence went far beyond the sidelines. He played a huge part in shaping the direction of the club, including helping oversee the move to Blofield, while also contributing to the growth of British American football at league level during a pivotal era for the sport.
Quite simply, without Wayne, there is no Devils. His dedication, leadership and passion helped lay the foundations that generations of players, coaches and supporters have built upon ever since.
Our thoughts are with Wayne’s family, friends, former teammates, players and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest easy, Coach. 💙💛
