A full tournament day of Flag American Football consisting of 4 full matches against
Our team of 7 including two new players and welcoming back old players played with cohesion, heart, spirit and determination. The scores on the day did not reflect the commitment every player gave on the day.
Thank you for the hard-fought matches and camaraderie in this first tournament.
We go again on 16 November for game day 2. Bring it on.

Our Story
We are a Norwich based women’s American Flag Football team. The Spears have been competing in 5 a side format National competitions for the last 4 years. In the 2019 season we finished 11th so we are very much looking forward to breaking that top 10 in 2020!
