Club run was a regular for some and a new route for many.
It was another π₯ hot one so tbe decision to stay close to the coast was greatly welcomed.
With lots to see en route from pretty country lanes, a Church tucked away, harvesting in full swing, wild flowers on footpaths and tbe beach ποΈour runners paced well and enjoyed the countryside at its best.
Some even had time to sit, relax and refresh π.
A huge well done to Ali who completed her 100th parkrun!
She had lots of support from fellow buddies but also her brother Graham who was the Run Director and her son Michael who superbly paced her.
What an achievement ππ€©
