The most beautiful day celebrating my 28th birthday today with my beautiful family!
Gorgeous weather, hired out a boat with a vegan turkish buffet, a plant based cake made locally, plenty of swimming and paddleboarding is literally my idea of the perfect birthday.
This is exactly what my girl
organised for me today. I'm the luckiest man alive to have these people around me 😍
Here's to another glorious year of staying healthy, happy and new experiences ✨️

71kg. The priority was strength training, putting on muscle and as a result of the calorie surplus, being a little heavier round the middle.

63kg. The priority is training for a 10k race. Still maintaining strength, the fittest I've ever been and still maintaining muscle mass on just two strength sessions a week!
So happy with how this process has turned out, and it has taught me exactly the best way to train for optimal health.
Rather than sticking to one type of training (strength, endurance, yoga ect) incorporate all into your training program if you want to be your healthiest. And if you don't know how to structure that plan, drop me a message 😜

Worried about losing gains whilst away?
The truth is, you won't! Not in a 1-2 week holiday. So if you want to rest up, do so! Your body needs it every so often.
But if you are keeping on top of things and want to keep up good nutrition, here are the high protein, low sugar and saturated fat foods that I take with me and recommend highly! 💪

Mamma has a sickness bug! Not what you want on holiday 🙄 just another great reason to take your parents on your first family holiday 😂 they've been fantastic.
One benefit of strength training is being able to keep hold of a beautiful little lady when she's stressed out and her mamma needs rest!
Fingers crossed Chelsey wakes up feeling back to her best. What's the betting I catch the bug either for my birthday on sunday or on monday when we fly back ?!🙄

The calm before and after the storm...
As we sit down for dinner, its been a long day. I've been punched, called every name under the sun, lifted god knows how many kilos, stayed as up beat and motivational as I can and been used as a therapist by clients.
All this after a 4am alarm ( thank you Tilly) and followed by an evening of making dinner, prepping food for tomorrow, feeding the cats and all whilst looking after my daughter to give my fiancee a well deserved rest from parenting.
It's heavy sometimes, even my lunch break is used to do all my admin. And the evening consists of it too.
But here's the thing. We are in control of our health, and our health has an impact on so many others. That's why it's so important that we prioritise it.

This weekend is the 2 year anniversary of my relationship with some hot girl I met at the gym!
To celebrate, I organised (pretty last minute 😂) a surprise party at home with family and friends. What a lovely afternoon, celebrating my relationship with such a wonderful woman who has brought so much joy to people's lives 💙

I've been working as hard as humanly possible to become a competitive runner over the last month. Feeling in top shape. I'm aiming to get a sub 40 min finish on the Whissendine 6 in July. We are ON TRACK for that!
I'm hungrier than ever to push myself to my limits, and I'll announce a HUGE charity run that I'm doing after I accomplish this challenge 🏃♂️🏃♂️
