Get fit, get funky, have fun! This class is perfect for those who want to get moving and have fun.

Revitalise, Tuesday 7.00-7.45pm @ West College Scotland.
Breathe, unwind and relax. Gentle movement to help the stress of the day melt away.

Dance4All, Monday 1.00-2.00pm @ Tannahill Centre // Tuesday 6.00-6.45pm @ West College Scotland.
Inclusive dance classes for adults of all abilities. Carers are welcome to join in too.

Classes are supported by the Renfrewshire Community Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund.

Our dancers will be performing their piece 'Who is the Fairest?' on Friday 3rd July at Tramway, Glasgow.
We are delighted to be part of such a wonderful Festival which brings together talented young dancers from across the UK.

Our Move It dancers had a wonderful time performing their piece 'Be More Ruby' at Renfrewshire's Nurture Conference on Friday.

Well done to our Move It class on their wonderful performance at Go Dance last night. You brought pure joy to the stage and we could not be more proud of you all👏
