Here's exactly how I'd create a digital product if I was starting from scratch today.

✨ Step 1: Choose one problem to solve.

Don't try to teach everything.

Pick one question your clients ask you over and over again.

For example:

How do I stop my puppy biting?

How do I groom my doodle between appointments?

How do I walk my dog without them pulling on the lead?

How do I leave my dog home alone?

The more specific, the better.

✨ Step 2: Decide the best format.

Ask yourself, "What's the quickest and easiest way to help someone solve this problem?"

It could be:

A PDF guide

A checklist

A workbook

A mini course

A video tutorial

A printable

It doesn't need to be huge to be valuable.

✨ Step 3: Create your product.

Use ChatGPT to help you brainstorm ideas, structure your content and speed up the writing.

Then use Canva or Loom to make it look professional and on brand.

You don't need to spend months creating it.

✨ Step 4: Upload it somewhere people can buy it.

Add it to your own website or upload it to a platform like MemberVault.

That way customers can purchase it instantly, and receive it automatically without you lifting a finger.

✨ Step 5: Make it available to buy.

Create a simple payment link using PayPal or Stripe, or use a checkout platform like ThriveCart to take payments automatically.

Once someone buys, an email will be triggered to take them straight to your digital product without you needing to manually send a thing.

✨ Step 5: Start talking about it.

Create content that answers the same problem your product solves.

Every Reel, post, email or podcast becomes another opportunity to point people towards your digital product.

The best part?

Once it's live, it can keep making sales while you're training dogs, grooming, walking clients, spending time with your family, or simply taking a well deserved day off. 💖

I spent YEARS thinking I needed to be more outgoing and extroverted to be better at business.

I did NOT start my own business just to spend my entire life talking to people.

I’m a massive introvert.

I love helping people. I love what I do.

But I also need a LOT of time where nobody needs anything from me, thank you very much 😂

And that’s one of the reasons I love digital products so much.

I can create something genuinely useful once, put it online, and people can buy it without me needing to jump on a call, book another hour into my diary or even be at my laptop.

I’ve made over £200K in the last 2 years selling online courses, memberships, ebooks and other digital resources.

And now I help pet pros do the same.

Because making more money shouldn’t automatically mean giving more and more of yourself away.
