If you want to earn more in 2026, don’t start with your prices. 👀
Most people think making more money means raising their prices.

But it's not the first thing I look at when a client wants to grow.

🐾 If your pet took over your business for a week... what would they change?
I was walking Loki the other morning when she did what she always does.
Stopped every few metres to sniff absolutely everything.
It made me smile because dogs have no interest in making life more complicated than it needs to be.
They eat.
They sleep.
They play.
They go for walks.
Meanwhile, we're trying to be everywhere, do everything, and chasing every new shiny strategy.
So I asked myself...
What if Loki ran my business?
I think she'd tell me to:
🐾 Stop trying to do everything.
🐾 Take more naps.
🐾 Stop waiting for permission.
🐾 Stop answering the same questions over and over.
🐾 Stop chasing every squirrel.
🐾 Enjoy the journey.
🐾 Create something that lasts.
It turned into one of my favourite podcast episodes because sometimes the best business advice doesn't come from another expert.

Someone left a comment on my post saying I’m running a pyramid scheme because I help pet business owners create digital products… 👀
And it made me realise there’s still a lot of confusion about what digital products actually are.
So let me clear this up…
A pyramid scheme is where people are recruited to sell the same product or service, with the focus being on bringing more people into the scheme.
That is NOT what I teach.
I teach pet professionals how to take the knowledge, skills and experience they already have and turn it into their own digital product.
That could be:
🐾 An online course teaching puppy owners how to prepare for their new puppy
🐾 An ebook helping anxious dogs feel calmer at home
🐾 A workshop teaching pet parents how to groom their dog between salon visits

I don’t teach people to recruit others.
I help pet business owners create another income stream inside their own business, so they’re not always relying on trading hours for money.
