Today’s seafront sweat was a record with 39 people taking part mostly in support of big birthdays for Karen & Julie. These girls have supported Arth from day one but have been friends through fitness for a lot longer because many of us remember celebrating their last big birthdays ten years ago! Lots of us also enjoyed a coastal walk, lovely coffee and cake Willmores 1938 and raising money for Marie Curie. Perfect Saturday.

Yesterday the Arth ultra started at 6am and involved members & friends running/walking or cycling 6.25km up to the Clifftops and back every hour for 10 hours. Lots of people did multiple loops but all we cared about was having a good day, raising awareness of Prostate Cancer and raising money for Velindre. We are proud to say we raised over £3,000 pounds and can’t thank everyone enough for all their support. Diolch o Galon. 🖤💚 Same time next year?????
