BodyWorld Plymouth Home of the Dedicated and Determined We’re big on creating a community within our gym, and want all BodyWorld members to feel welcome and wanted.

At over 24,000 square ft BodyWorld Plymouth is the largest gym in the South West, we’ve created an environment where we are able to offer a premium gym experience to people of all fitness levels. Our floor staff are all trained to ensure they can offer advice to anyone who wants guidance. We offer a wide range of classes starting in November, we have three studios and a dedicated functional area, as well as treatment rooms and ample onsite parking. We are a COVID-19 secure gym, our equipment is spaced 2m apart from one another allowing you to have a safe workout. There is a wide range of specialist equipment from brands such as Nautilus, Stairmaster, Watson, Throwdown, Schwinn, StarTrac, and Concept 2. We will continue to strive to improve, support and grow so that we provide access to our training facilities and community to as many people was possible.

A huge congratulations to Sophie, who competed at the Pro Muscle Show in Milan, Italy on 6th September which was her first ever international show.

Sophie competed in the Masters Bikini category alongside six other competitors and came away with 1st place, winning her Masters category.

It’s a fantastic result and a great reflection of the work she has put in throughout her prep. From the early mornings and 5am training sessions, to the hard work and consistency required throughout, Sophie has stayed committed every step of the way.

Competing internationally for the first time was a big achievement in itself, so to come away with the win makes it even more special. A brilliant result and one to remember🤩

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our special PHYS Session and helped make the morning such a great success.

It was brilliant to bring together members of the Armed Forces and Emergency Services community, alongside people from a range of industries, for a morning of training, conversations and connection.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who donated and helped us raise money for The Chestnut Appeal, supporting their important work around men’s mental health and prostate, testicular and pe**le cancers.
