Well done to everyone who came to last night’s class! Everyone gave it their all, we walked in frozen and left on fire ❄️🔥
🔑 As with any exercise, consistency is key!
As you learn the routines you will be able to bounce bigger, harder and stronger and you will notice your fitness, balance and coordination improve with every single week that passes.
