🚨 A POLITE BUT IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT FREE SOFT PLAY 🚨

We absolutely LOVE being able to offer FREE Soft Play to local families during the summer holidays, and the response this week has once again been incredible. 💚

However, we do need to address a couple of things so that we can continue offering initiatives like this.

❌ PLEASE DON’T BOOK A SPACE AND THEN NOT TURN UP

We’ve had a significant number of people reserve spaces through our social media and then simply not arrive.

Because we believed we were going to be full, we have unfortunately turned walk-in families away — only to then have empty spaces because of no-shows.

We completely understand that plans change, especially with children! All we ask is that you message us and let us know. It takes 30 seconds and means we can offer your space to another family.

🍔 NO OWN FOOD OR DRINK PLEASE

We’re also seeing increasing numbers of people bringing their own food and drinks into the venue — in some cases, full packed lunches and bags of food.

As stated on our offer, we have a no own food or drink policy.

Entry is completely FREE, but we are still a business with a fully staffed café and kitchen. Food and drink purchases help us cover some of the costs of opening the facility and allow us, alongside the support of Yorkshire Health & Sport and P R Jones Dental Practice, to keep putting offers like this on for local families.

We really don’t want to introduce deposits, booking fees or stop taking reservations because of a minority of people.

• During busy periods, please respect our 2-hour maximum stay.
