German Volume Training is a powerful method designed to push your limits and deliver serious results π
What is GVT?
Also known as the 10x10 method, GVT involves performing:
π 10 sets of 10 reps for a single exercise
π Using the same weight across all sets
Itβs simpleβ¦ but definitely not easy π
