Are you looking for a fun way to stay active, build unstoppable confidence, and make an amazing group of new friends?
Arrows Rugby Hub wants YOU!

We are calling all girls from 6 to 12 yrs old who want to try out rugby to come down and join us on the pitch. Whether you've thrown a rugby ball a hundred times or have never even picked one up, you are incredibly welcome. It’s all about giving it a go, having fun, and finding out what being an Arrow is all about!

⏰ When: Tonight at 18:15
📍 Where: Pontypool Rugby Football Club (Pontypool Park, 25 Riverside, NP4 8AT)

👟 What to bring: Just sports gear, trainers or boots, a water bottle, and plenty of energy!

Parents, bring them along and see what our fantastic community is all about. Our brilliant volunteer team and coaches will be there to welcome everyone ready for a great session.

Following the success of our recent taster sessions during the week for our younger age groups, we are now calling on any girls in years 10 and 11 to attend our JAK United open session which is being hosted by our friends, The Jesters next Thursday.

This is the perfect opportunity to try something new, whilst making new friends and building confidence in a fun and friendly environment.
