There isn’t an I in the word TEAM but there is in WIN!

And in my opinion - the I in win stands for INDIVIDUAL.

Winning is not about the club you play for.

It’s not about the club’s reputation.

Or what teams / players have achieved previously.

It’s about the individuals in that dressing room operating at the highest level possible.

Now a big part of operating like a high level individual is being the best teammate you can be.

But don’t be confused as to how teams win.

It’s not because of the team.

What kit you’re wearing is irrelevant.

Make it your business to turn yourself into a high level individual and to encourage the individuals sat next to do the same and you’ll be in with a great chance of winning.
