Our annual match against Withington Golf Club is a wonderful tradition built on friendship, sportsmanship and a shared love of the game — with both teams hoping to avoid taking home the ‘Big Duck’! 🦆

Today, Preston Golf Club were delighted to hand over the mantle of the ‘Big Duck’ and, in return, take home the ‘Small Duck’.

A very close and competitive match, played in fantastic spirit throughout — a great advert for the game of golf and the friendship between our two clubs.

‼️ WE ARE RECRUITING – Driving Range Ball Collectors ‼️

We are looking for permanent, reliable and hardworking Driving Range Ball Collectors to help maintain our busy driving range operation at Preston Golf Club.

The role:

* Early morning shifts.
* Outdoor, physical work in all weather conditions.
* Working across a rota covering Monday to Sunday.
* Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and busy periods.
* Immediate start available.

* Complimentary driving range balls.
* Complimentary golf Monday to Friday.

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Reliable and punctual.
* Comfortable working outdoors.
* Physically fit and able to undertake manual work.
* Able to work independently.
