Looking for a session that pushes you without taking itself too seriously? GritFit bootcamp is all about simple, effective full-body training mixed with intervals of cardio, strength work and functional movements. Expect a bit of everything β squats, core work, circuits, partner drills and the occasional βwhy did I agree to this?β momentβ¦ followed quickly by laughter and a sense of achievement π
Itβs fun, friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels β you work at your own pace, but youβll definitely leave feeling like youβve done something.
