On Friday, our Kate competed in Hyrox world champs, as solo athlete, for the first time 🔥
Getting to world champs is a pretty big deal, the competition is high with so many absolutely amazing athletes out there, so just getting to the start line is a bloody mean feat… but of course, she also went out there and smashed it (we expected no less)
Kate put a s**t ton of volume in for this race, and she did it all whilst holding fort at RTB solo too. So busy mornings and evenings, alongside all that training, whilst being an amazing mama to her boys at the same time.
An epic inspiration to all at RTB, and an amazing reminder to challenge ourselves, because our best years are ahead of us 🙌🏼
As ever, we’re all in awe and super proud of you Kate 🩷 Excited for what’s next!

Endure 24, 2026 - Proud doesn’t cut it 🙌🏼
As per usual, the weather for endure was substandard 😆 horrible winds and a ton of rain but these guys all battled through and smashed out anywhere between 20-35 miles each!
After hitting podium with 3rd place last year, our girls went back for more and finished in 2nd 🥈 They ran their fabulous butts off and left everything out there. So well deserved girls, you should all be incredibly proud - we all are… proud and in awe.
Our lads (most of whom do not love social media, but we still managed one shot 😆) also put in a bloody brilliant effort, with some running further than they’ve ever run, and others hitting PB’s out on course 🔥
Most importantly, they all had a brilliant time and kept eachother going despite injury and any other challenges endure likes to throw your way
A resilience builder for sure - made absolutely epic with team morale 🫶🏼
You’re all a bunch of hero’s, this race is absolutely not for the faint hearted - in awe of you all
Can’t wait to see next year brings 🤪

Yesterday was world running day and so a group of our run clubbers got together for a very wet trail run together
A shoutout to the lovely Lizzie for organising and planning the route
The majority of these guys are running this weekend 😍 24 hours of running as a team 🔥 We’re absolutely buzzing to go and watch them.
It took us 5 years to bring a run club to RTB (it happened the week after we ran endure 24 as duo 😅) and we’re so bloody glad we did… These guys get to do their weekly intervals together, and they don’t have to look far to find people mad enough to get out on a muddy trial run in the pouring rain, or who’ll stay up for 24 hours on the weekend to relay race around an 8k track 😆🙌🏼
If you’re looking for your running community, come and join us 😍 we welcome all paces at run club, and if you need that bit of extra support, our Kate offers 1:1 coaching 🙌🏼
