🎾 Wimbledon might be all about tennis… but hand-eye coordination is something we should all be working on.
Strength training is important, but fitness isn’t just about lifting weights.
Balance, coordination, reaction time and movement all play a huge part in everyday life. Plus, exercises like this remind us that training can be fun too.
So this week we swapped dumbbells for tennis balls for a few minutes… and there were definitely a few laughs along the way. 😂🎾
Sometimes the simplest exercises are the ones that challenge you the most.

I’ve been that person.
Walking into a class and wondering if everyone was looking at me.
Comparing myself to people who seemed fitter, stronger, and more confident.
Thinking I needed to get in shape or look a certain way before I could start.
The truth?
Nobody cared.
Nobody cared that I was new.
Nobody cared that I didn’t know what I was doing.
Nobody cared that I couldn’t keep up.
Everyone was too busy worrying about themselves.
It’s something I see all the time at Fitmob. People put off starting because they’re worried about what others will think.
But the hardest part is usually just walking through the door.
And once you do, you realise nobody is judging you.
They’re too busy fighting their own battles, chasing their own goals, and trying to improve themselves.
