Upper body 🏋🏼

Today’s upper body session.

Chin Ups - 3 x As many reps as possible.
Bench Press - 4x5.
Dumbbell Incline Press - 4x8.
Lat Pull Down 1 4x12.
T-Bar Row - 3x8.
Barbell Standing Press- 3x10.
Lateral Raises - 3x15.
Hammer Curl - 3x10 each arm.
Dips - 3 x As many reps as possible.
Preacher Curls - 3x15

Slightly longer session than usual as I felt like I could push a bit more, also having little more time meant I could put in some additional arm work.
