We have named today 'SeaHopper Super Sanding Sunday'....
We sanded a Lighter, We sanded a Kondor, we sanded seats and knees....name a SeaHopper part and we sanded it today!! The weather was perfect, sunny with a little breeze to blow the dust away🌪️

From the drawing board to a completed folding boat
It has been a great experience working with the National Gallery to design, develop and build a boat for their 'Take One Picture ' project. There were some challenges but we are delighted with the results and hope many people will get to enjoy it!!

Today is the opening day of the 'Take One Picture' exhibition 2026 at the National Gallery. The picture this year was Canaletto's Regatta on the Grand Canal and we were asked to build a boat for their creative learning space. (One that packs away in a small storage box!)
On Monday we drove down to the National Gallery to deliver our special SeaHopper. We can't wait to see how it will be used!
We're very proud and excited to have one of our boats now at home at the National Gallery🤩🏛️🎨

Yesterday Miss Evie Ragdoll had a look around on our boats before finding herself a cool spot in the shade of the Lighter.
