Finally, after rehabbing a severe sprain and fracture, I went out for a short run! Still a bit tentative as the ankle isn’t fully recovered but felt so good to be out under the blue sky and sunshine! It’s been a long, frustrating few months, definitely the worst injury I’ve had to date, but at least I had a good excuse to not go out in the mud and rain to do horses for a few weeks! (Sorry Roger and Holly!) thanks to all those in my classes who have been patient with me ❤️

Congratulations to Julie! Who won PT client of the year 2025! Julie has been working steadily and consistently throughout the year, and has seen real progress in her strength gains and overall fitness. She has impressed me with her dedication to her health, from nutrition to fitness, with a weekly diary of walking, swimming, weight training and Pilates, Julie has stayed committed to her goals and now seeing that reward, Well done Julie! 👏
