1st to 100th - our weekly Wednesday crew!

Our first Wednesday run had just 7 brave souls battling a cold, dark night in St Albans.

Last night, 100 Wednesday runs later, we had a record turnout to celebrate! 🔥

100 runs, countless miles, plenty of beers — finished off perfectly with a BBQ at HQ and Rosie’s amazing cake. 🍔🎂🍻

From 7 runners to one hell of a crew. ❤️

Here’s to the next 100!

🎉🏃‍♂️ CAN WE TALK ABOUT LAST NIGHT?! 🍻

Our 100th Wednesday run deserved a proper celebration… and you lot absolutely delivered! 🔥

A record turnout of MRC legends, miles around St Albans, a BBQ waiting for us back at HQ Craft and Cleaver and a seriously impressive cake from the General Rosie Mawdsley to mark the occasion. 🎂🍔🍻

100 Wednesday runs. Hundreds of miles. Countless beers. And one hell of a crew.

What started as a weekly run has grown into something pretty special and last night was the perfect reminder of what MRC St Albans is all about.

First we run. Then we drink. And occasionally… we eat cake. 😂

Here’s to the next 100! 🥂🏃‍♂️

🏃‍♂️ Wednesday run #99 🏃‍♂️

Possibly the last run in the lighter evenings for a while. The crew took a little run out along the Alban Way, or as John called it the Alban Arena! 😅

Join us next week for the big 100 🍻

🏃‍♂️ Saturday Run #133 🏃‍♀️

A lovely saunter up to Gorehambury for our Saturday crew this morning. Sun was shining, and the group was small enough to run as one - almost! Shoutout to .prouse who’d already run 20km before we started, Loch Ness Marathon incoming! And Happy Birthday Calum Chittenden 🎂 🍻

🏃‍♂️ Wednesday Run #98 🏃‍♀️

Great to see so many Stampede finisher t-shirts on show this evening. While our legs may be tired, they’re not fully broken! 🥇

Thanks to Szymon and Sketchers for joining us and give everyone the chance to try out a range of their new running shoes too! 👟 🔥

🏃‍♂️ Wednesday Run #97 🏃‍♀️

Autumn was definitely trying to make itself known this evening with cooler temps and a refreshing rain shower ☔️

Best thing about it though? All the beautiful neon yellow on show! 🦺 🍻
