So proud of these ladies. Having completed the 0-5k course they ran the Rothampsted parkrun this morning which is by no means an easy course including several uphill parts! Working together with encouragement and support resulted in a fantastic achievement. Iām looking forward to helping them continue with their running šāāļø šš

On days like today it can be hard to find the motivation to get out for another training run. Jumping over puddles, slipping and sliding through the mud makes running so much harder and yet I much prefer it to pounding the streets! Counting down the days to dryer, brighter runs.
