Today I carried out a Postnatal MOT and together we looked at:

✔️ Abdominal separation (Diastasis Recti)
✔️ Rib flare
✔️ Hip stability
✔️ Posture and alignment
✔️ Core and pelvic floor function

Pregnancy, birth and motherhood place huge demands on your body, but that doesn’t mean you have to accept aches, weakness, feeling disconnected from your core, or simply not feeling like yourself.

A Postnatal MOT is designed to assess how your body is functioning, identify areas that need support, and give you a clear, personalised plan to help you feel stronger, move better and regain confidence in your body.

Whether your baby is 6 weeks, 6 months or 16 years old, it is never too late to make positive changes.

I LOVE The Mummy PT classes 🥰

There’s just something magical about a group of mums getting outside, moving their bodies, chatting, laughing and supporting each other while their little ones come along for the ride.

Every week I get to watch mums grow in confidence, get stronger, make friends and take an hour just for themselves – and I honestly never get tired of seeing it.

It’s not just a fitness class. It’s fresh air, community, encouragement and a reminder that you matter too. ❤️

Some mums arrive feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or unsure about exercising after having a baby, and then a few weeks later they’re smashing workouts, smiling from ear to ear and cheering each other on. That’s why I love what I do.

The babies get out and about, the mums get stronger, and everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, this is your sign! No judgement, no pressure, just a lovely bunch of mums and a workout that will leave you feeling amazing.
